Susan has journeyed alongside her husband Steve for 41 years. In 1986 he, along with his brother, began Benbro Electronics, an award-winning design and manufacturing business and successfully ran it for 30 years.
She worked part-time in the business for over 20 of those years, through many economic cycles, including the GFC and witnessed the struggles faced by the business community.
